Moving forward...

Thank you for the wonderful prayer support. As I was struggling so much with the pain Thursday morning, it suddenly occured to me that I was failing to use one of the greatest assets available to me...the body of which I am a part.

Part of the learning experience for me has been how important the whole body (regardless of our background) is. WE NEED EACH OTHER!!!

Currently, I have a few "tools" to work with. I had a good night last night and this morning was the best morning I have had in some time. This weekend, I continue to experiment to find the best solution.

I certainly long for the moment I am released from this challenging season. In the "fullness of time", God WILL reveal His glory!

I missed your Thursday post until late this evening, but you've been on my mind so much these last few days, I was praying anyways! I know you would do the same for any of us in the same situation. When one hurts, we all do because we are family. Love you Joy. Lean on our prayers and more importantly, His love and peace that goes beyond understanding.

Wow Good news!!

Lord, THANK YOU for your loving kindness ... it is better than life. Our lips shall praise you and thus will we bless you ... we will lift up our hands in your name.

Keep Joy pain free and comfortable while she endures this challenge ... Keep her mind on you, Lord, the author and finisher of our faith. Perfect peace is what your word promises when we keep our mind on you.

Holy Spirit of God run through and heal every cell in her body and give her the desires of her heart. You promise that when our ways please you Lord that you will give us the desires of our hearts ...

Hallelujah great and mighty God of the universe ... you can do all things and you have promised us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Thank you Lord for your answered prayer, your heart and your ear toward us and thank you Lord for your 'unconditional' and 'unfailing' love for us.

Give her strength and vision, Lord.
Turn back this onslought and bring victory. Just as if it had never come into their lives ... let this abate and be gone.

In the name of your precious and beloved Son

Jesus Christ

Amen

Dear Joy and family;
I am thankful when the hurting part of the body cries for help to the rest for strength and courage. Bethel prays for you daily, and we know that God's presence will be with you and Scott every step of the way. bram

It's sometimes difficult when we are in so much pain to focus on God, isn't it?! I've been there myself. Remember to focus on God and not that mountain!

We are still praying for you and pray that you draw on the strength of God and the prayers of others, knowing that the Lord is in control. Sometimes it takes us going through the darkest night for us to see the brightest day!

You are one brave lady! And one wonderful, God fearing one as well! Stay strong!

Hi Joy: Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Scott. I have a verse that I wanted to share with you. It is found in Zephaniah 3:17: "The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing." I can hear Him singing over you even now.:-)
