DAY 144

I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO SHARE THE GOOD NEWS!

Last week I was looking in the mirror and after very close scrutiny I discovered "peach fuzz" (aka hair) covering the top of my head. It's about 1/8 " long now. If you look carefully you will be able to see tiny, very fine lashes framing my eyelids. I can't see them yet, but Scott assures me that eye brows are also beginning to form. I AM SOOOO EXCITED! :)

Dear Joy,

Wonderful to read about your new hair.It will probably grow in curly which will be nice .Cheryl's grew in curly and so did quite a few others I know .

So sorry that the tumor grew back!
Hope you don,t have any side effects to the radiation. I didn't
have any so I pray that will be true for you as well.

You are in my thoughts a lot and definitely in my prayers.

Roy and I are now grandparents to a healthy baby boy ---Liam avery Aitken --- our daughter Miranda and son-in-law Zac are very happy parents!

God Bless You!
Love,
Cousin Diane

Hi there Joy,
I am so happy to hear about your new hair. we continue to pray with you and that there is no side effects from the radiation. I hope things are going well.

I also hope that you enjoyed your little booklet from Sarah. She was up stairs and she came down stairs and she had made it. When she showed me it I smiled when she said this is for aunt Joy. I told her that I knew you would love it.

I know it was a reminder of that child like faith that we all should need to have at times.

Love ya.
Rose.

Hi Joy I have not been able to follow on a regular basis through the web site but have made sure to ask how you are doing. You have been in my prayers constantly. You are a source of encouragement to those around you as you continue to put your trust in God no matter the circumstances in your life. I pray God will continue to give you strength day by day.
